Member FAQ

Why can't I bring friends with dogs to check out the park?
For the safety of our dogs, it is important that the dogs that visit the park are up to date on their vaccinations and that we have record of the members that are utilizing the park. The membership fees are important to maintaining the park and keeping us in regulations with the city agreement. Remembers members who let non-members in the park leave themselves open to the liability that can result from an accident.
How do I handle seeing another member break a rule of the park?

Peer pressure goes far in enforcing rules.  It is perfectly appropriate to remind another member to pick up after his or her dog, or to politely point out any rule that is being broken.  Please remember to follow the golden rule: Treat others how you want to be treated.  If a problem is re-occuring, please complete an incident report and delivery it to a board member, to a board meeting or mail to PO Box 4092 Evansville, IN 47724.

When should I complete an Incident report?
Members should complete an incident report in the event of an accident, bodily injury, property damage. You may find a form in the box outside the date or on the website under incident report. Delivery it to a board member, to a board meeting or mail to PO Box 4092 Evansville, IN 47724.
