Hello! I am turning 1 this weekend and my mom is throwing me a BIRTHAY PARTY! Yay!

Over the last few days, I have noticed a lot of tree limbs, and branchs piled up in a pretty big area in the parking area for the dog park. Can anyone explain to me what is going on? Are there any plans of removing this mess anytime soon?

Hi to all of Pepper's buddies. Just an update on her, she had her surgery after Christmas and is doing well. She had a torn tendon in her back leg. They put a metal plate down the side of her knee and ground her bone down. She can't come back to the park yet, but, maybe in a couple of months. She really misses everyone and will be sooo happy to get back.

We are also looking for a new Vet if anyone has a good one that is reasonable in their pricing, please let us know.

Just wanting to say that i will miss everybody at the park it was a blast. Toby im sorry i wont be there anymore for u to hump my leg. And Lacie sorry I cant give u any more treats. Gunner u cant get my hand any more while im giving treats. Libby keep being the mean little girl u are. We are having a little party for Libby's birthday! It will be Tuesday, August 2nd at 7:00 at the dog park of course. I might even bring some doggy ice cream and i'll probably bring some lemonade or something, too! I fugured it would be a good excuse for everyone to come out and play   Let me know if you can make it!

on july 17th the evansville otters are having pet day at the park. it sounds like fun and justice and timmy will probably be going. we think our park friends should go too!

I'm sending this entry to ask for volunteers to help with a clean up for the Sabic Picnic this Saturday from 11:30 to 2:30 at Burdette Park. I'm sorry about the short notice, but I just found out myself that we were approved for this. If we can get enough people there to help out, we will get a donation from Sabic for the DogPark.     My sister found a young lab this morning out on the west side of Evansville near Broadway Avenue, neighbors said that he had been roaming the streets since the Wednesday night storm. I went to the Dog park on Saturday December 18th at about 9 am and the gate was unlocked (this has happened before).  I know I am still new to the park, but I think we all need to do a better job of remembering to close and lock the gate.  We need to protect this park for the members that have paid the fee!

It seems the last several times I've taken Haley to Central Bark, in addition to people not cleaning up after their dogs or throwing their cigarette butts on the ground, there are really starting to be some issues with anti-social and aggressive dogs whose owners are fully aware their dogs don't play well with others, yet they bring them anyway. I am concerned for peoples' safety and for their small, gentle, young or older dogs, who are there simply to ...

Can anyone recommend a boarding facility with room for running and playing? I have to travel for about a week on a family medical emergency and can't take Johnny with me. The source I used with Samantha has closed. I hate to put him in a place with only cage/crate space. Any ideas you have would be welcome.
